İlker Yörü is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mindra Inc., an AI infrastructure company building the orchestration layer that lets autonomous AI agents plan, coordinate and complete work together. He architected Mindra’s multi-agent orchestration engine, its multi-provider model routing and MCP-native tool integrations, and its backend on FastAPI, Next.js and PostgreSQL. Mindra raised a $1.2M pre-seed round led by TQ Ventures and is part of the NVIDIA Inception and Anthropic startup programs. He studies Computer Engineering and Economics at Koç University on a full merit scholarship, and works from İstanbul, Türkiye.
What I’m building
Mindra is a multi-agent orchestration platform. Instead of asking someone to wire up a fixed workflow, you describe what you need in plain language and an orchestrator decomposes the task, selects the right agents from your pool, coordinates them, and returns the finished work. The distinction that matters: the plan is produced at run time rather than drawn in advance, so it adapts when conditions change.
As CTO I own the technical architecture end to end — the orchestration engine, multi-provider model routing with prompt caching, MCP-native tool integrations, the human-in-the-loop approval model, and the DevOps foundation: containerization, CI/CD, database migrations and structured logging.

In short
- Who is İlker Yörü?
- İlker Yörü is a Turkish software engineer and startup founder, born 2003, based in İstanbul. He is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mindra Inc., a Delaware-incorporated AI infrastructure company. Before Mindra he co-founded ControlWorks, worked as a data engineer at Bosch and as an AI research engineer at Doping Technology, and has led engineering at İşler Kariyer from 2022 to 2025. He also writes his name without Turkish diacritics as Ilker Yoru.
- What is Mindra?
- Mindra is an AI agent platform that behaves like a department rather than a single assistant. You describe a goal in plain language; an orchestrator breaks it into sub-tasks, assigns each one to the agent best suited to it, coordinates the work, and returns the result. It is model-agnostic and connects to existing tools and agents. The company raised a $1.2M pre-seed round led by TQ Ventures, a New York firm managing over $1B, and is a member of NVIDIA Inception and the Anthropic startup program.
- What has he built?
- At Mindra: the multi-agent orchestration engine, multi-provider model routing with prompt caching, MCP-native tool integrations, the authentication and role-based authorization model, and the DevOps foundation. At ControlWorks: a manufacturing intelligence platform connecting CNC machines to real-time analytics with sub-10-second latency. At Bosch: a predictive maintenance system on the Chronos T5 time-series model. At İşler Kariyer: İşler META, a digitalization platform serving more than 600 branches, and a full migration to AWS.
- Does he speak and teach?
- Yes. He has given two TEDx talks, delivered a keynote at eFounder, and appeared on CNBC-e national television to discuss multi-agent AI. He served as an AI judge and technical mentor at the Agora Voice AI Hackathon in İstanbul and as AI mentor at the ACUHIT Future Health Technologies Hackathon. At Koç University he was a teaching assistant for Advanced Programming, teaching Java to over 100 students.
